LVR Realty is out in Begur Village, specifically at No. 653/11 in the Begur Hobli area of Bangalore South. This part of the city is still developing, so our office is surrounded by a mix of old village houses and brand-new apartment complexes. It gets quite dusty here with all the construction going on nearby. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of the land and buildings in this specific zone. We don't have a fancy lobby or a corporate feel. It’s more like a local spot where people come to talk about property. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or at construction sites, checking on progress. The roads around Begur can be rough, especially when it rains, so our vehicles are usually covered in mud. We focus on the local area because that’s what we know best. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, and we spend many afternoons just sitting at our desks making sure everything is in order. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just show people what is available and tell them the truth about the local infrastructure. It’s honest work in a part of Bangalore that is changing very fast. We just stay busy with the day-to-day tasks.
