Our place is in BTM 1st Stage, right on Brindavan Nagar Main Road. The office is at number 501, H-House. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops, but it’s where all the action is for us. Luxage Realestate Private Limited is basically just a few of us working on property deals in and around BTM. We spend a lot of time walking through apartments and checking out different commercial spots for people. Bangalore’s 2nd Main can be a mess with traffic, so we usually try to get our site visits done very early in the morning. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech. We just list properties and help people through the closing process. There is a lot of paperwork in this job, and we spend plenty of hours at the local offices getting things signed and stamped. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we're just waiting around for people to show up for an appointment. We try to be straightforward about what a place is worth. No point in making things sound better than they actually are. We’ve seen BTM grow quite a bit over the years and we know the shortcuts and the quiet streets. Our office is easy to find if you're on the main road. We’re just here to help with the practical side of real estate.
