LUMBER AND YARN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re located over in RT Nagar, specifically in the 1st Block at number 533. Lumber and Yarn India is a bit of an interesting mix, as the name suggests. We deal with a lot of different materials. Our workspace is usually a bit cluttered with samples and projects in various stages of completion. Bangalore is a big city, but RT Nagar has its own local feel that we really appreciate. There are plenty of good tea shops around, which is where we usually end up when we need a break. We’re a small group of people who just like working with our hands and seeing things get built. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes the wood isn't right, or the yarn isn't the color we expected. We just take it in stride and try again. We don't have a big corporate mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do good work and pay the bills. It’s a very straightforward way of looking at things. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or talking to people about what they need. We’re not trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide what we can from our little corner of the 1st Block. It’s been a learning experience for all of us, and we are just happy to keep the doors open and the machines running every day.
