Lumber & Yarn Homes India Private Limited

We are based in R T Nagar, specifically at number 533 on the 18th Cross in the 1st Block. It’s a decent area, fairly easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. Lumber & Yarn Homes is our little company where we focus on housing and home-related projects. The name sounds a bit different, but we just liked it. We don't have a big, shiny showroom. Most of our work happens on the sites or at this old desk we’ve had for years. We aren't into those polished sales pitches. We just talk to people about what they need for their homes and see if we can help out. R T Nagar has been our base for quite a while now. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and sketches, but that’s just how we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to get the homes built or renovated correctly. It’s a lot of work dealing with suppliers and workers, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We don’t have any grand statements to make. We just enjoy the process of putting a house together. It’s honest, hard work and we take it one day at a time. If you’re around the 1st Block, you’ll probably see our sign. We’re usually inside drinking tea and looking over some new plans. It’s not much, but it’s our business and we enjoy being part of the local community.
