LNR VENTURES CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are set up on Nagawara Main Road, right near the Arabic College Post. It’s a crowded spot but it keeps us in the middle of everything. LNR Ventures Constructions Private Limited isn't some giant firm with hundreds of offices. We’re just here at No. 720, across from the 27 and 28 plots. Mostly, we deal with local building projects in the neighborhood. Construction is a tough business around here because the roads are always blocked and narrow, but we manage. We’ve got a small team that knows this part of Bangalore really well. Most mornings start with checking the materials that arrived or waiting for trucks that got stuck in traffic. It can be frustrating when things are late, but that's just the reality of the job. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or television ads. We'd rather spend it on getting the actual site ready and paying our workers. If you're walking down the main road, you might miss our entrance because of all the shops. We've been doing this for some time now. It’s honest work, even if it’s loud and dusty. We don’t promise things we can't do. We just look at the plans and try to build them as best as we can. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, but that’s just how it goes. Our office is just a place to keep the tools and the books. Most of our life happens out on the dirt at the site.
