Lk Care Foundation

We’re located over in the Derebail area, specifically at the address 1-1-17/452. It’s a quiet enough part of the city, and we’ve been based here for a good while now. Lk Care Foundation is just a small, simple operation run by local folks who care about what's going on around them. We don’t have a big flashy sign out front or a fancy corporate office setup. It’s more of a home-grown kind of thing where we handle tasks as they come up throughout the day. Our mornings usually start pretty early, checking in on the different people we’re trying to help out. Most of the people in this neighborhood know who we are, and we know many of the families living around here. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes we feel like we’re running a bit behind on our list of things to do, but we keep at it anyway. Derebail is a nice, steady place to be based because it feels like a real community where people actually look out for each other. We don’t spend our money on marketing or buying fancy new furniture for the office. Most of our stuff is second-hand or just whatever we could find to make the place functional for us. We think it’s much better to put our limited resources into the actual care work we do every day. If you stop by, you might find us sorting through some supplies or just sitting around a table chatting about what we need to get done next.
