We’re located up in North Bangalore, specifically in the Sonnathammanahalli area. You can find us at Innovative Olive Meadows. Living Rubix Realty Llp is a small operation, and we mostly focus on what’s happening in this specific corner of the city. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the center of Bangalore, which we actually like. Most of our work involves helping people figure out where to live or how to sell their land. The real estate market in Bangalore North is always changing, so we spend a lot of time just keeping track of prices and new developments nearby. We don't have a flashy office or a bunch of salespeople in suits. It’s more of a casual environment where we sit down and look at what’s available on the market. Sometimes the roads around here are a bit rough or under construction, but that’s just part of the territory. We try to be helpful without being pushy or aggressive. If a deal doesn't feel right, we just don't do it. There’s enough stress in moving house without us adding to it. We handle the basic stuff like contracts, site visits, and talking to developers. It’s a lot of driving back and forth, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at 2/2B for a bit now and know the neighbors. Just a regular business trying to make the process a bit smoother for folks around here.
