Our place is at No. SR 27 in Nagenahalli Grama, over in the Thavarekere area. It’s a bit further out from the main city, which gives us a bit more space but also means we do a lot of driving. Lincfield Facility Management is a small operation. We handle the upkeep of various buildings and offices around Bangalore. Being based in Nagenahalli means we’re close to some of the newer developments happening on the outskirts. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks. We aren't really the type to use big corporate talk or polished brochures. We just talk to people like normal and get the work done. Our team is small, so everyone knows each other well. We handle everything from basic cleaning to more technical maintenance stuff. Thavarekere is still developing, so it’s a bit dusty and there’s a lot of construction around us. We don't mind it. It keeps us close to where the new work is. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth rather than any big advertisements. We just show up when we say we will and try to fix whatever is broken. It’s not a complicated way to run a business, but it seems to work for us. We spend most of our time out at different properties, so the office is just where we start and end the day. We keep an eye on our supplies and make sure our staff has what they need to work.
