We are based over in Jayanagar, specifically in the BTB Area. Our office is at number 5/2 on the 30th Cross in Roshan Colony, Tilaknagar. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and there’s always something happening outside. Liban Exports is the business we run from this location. We mainly focus on exporting different products to other countries. It involves a lot of time spent on the phone with suppliers and shipping agents. The office is a bit small, but it’s organized. We have stacks of files and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. Being in Tilaknagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which is helpful. We don't have a flashy entrance or a big sign. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the address. We handle all the typical problems that come with exporting, like customs delays or paperwork errors. We just take it as it comes. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the process of getting things from one place to another. The team here is small, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. We don't have specific titles or big meetings. We just talk across the desks and get the work done. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us busy. We really like being in this part of town and we hope to stay for a long time.
