Arehalli. Sapthagiri Layout. LHM Builders is based right here near Uttrahalli. We have our office at No. 33 and 34. It's a quiet spot compared to the city center. We focus on these layouts because we live around here too. We spend a lot of time walking through the empty plots and checking on the foundations. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us and the local workers we hire for each job. We handle the paperwork at the local offices, which is always a slow process, but we've learned to be patient. We build houses mostly. Some small apartments here and there. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the roofs don't leak and the walls are solid. Sometimes we have to deal with neighbors complaining about the noise or the dust from the sand, so we spend time smoothing things over. It’s part of the job. We like the coffee at the shop around the corner and that’s where we usually meet people to talk about their plans. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use fancy brochures. We just show people what we've already built in the next street over. That usually tells them everything they need to know. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about how long things take. That's the only way to stay in business.
