If you are looking for us, we are right near the SBI branch on that same road. Gangondanahalli is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always someone walking by or a bike zooming past. We spend our time working with milk and mixers. Making milkshakes is actually more work than it sounds because you have to keep everything cold and clean. The building, Upasana, is just a standard place, nothing that stands out too much. Inside, it’s mostly us trying to figure out the schedule for the day. We have a few machines that hum all the time. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or we run out of napkins, and we just have to deal with it like any other small business. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies coming in, but we manage. Most of the people working here live close by, so we walk or take the bus. We don’t have a big corporate culture. We just chat while we work and listen to the radio. It gets loud when the mixers are all going at once, but we don’t mind. We just want to get through the daily orders and make sure the place is locked up tight at night.
