Leadvel Consulting Llp is based out of Villa No. 84 in Phase 1 of Adarsh Palm Meadows. It is located in the Ramagondanahalli area of Whitefield. Whitefield is a big hub for all kinds of work in Bangalore and being in Adarsh Palm Meadows gives us a nice spot to operate from. Working from a villa instead of a standard office building changes the way the day feels. It is a bit more peaceful and doesn't have that cold, sterile feel of a high-rise. We use the space to handle all our consulting business. It is just a small group of us here. We don't have a lot of rules or a strict corporate culture. We just expect everyone to do their part and help out when needed. Ramagondanahalli is a bit of a trek for some people but we find it works well for what we do. Our setup in Villa 84 is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs for meetings, and enough coffee to keep us going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or marketing slogans. We just want to be useful and do a good job for the people we work with. The neighborhood is quiet which helps us concentrate on the details. We have been here for a while and the routine feels right. It is just a practical, honest way to run a consulting firm without all the unnecessary bells and whistles.
