We are set up on the first floor of Kowshika Kuteera, which is at No. 310. It’s right on the 60 feet road in Sampige Layout, over in Vijayanagar. It’s a nice enough part of Bangalore, though the 9th Main can get pretty crowded. Leadership Edge is basically just a few of us working together. We don't have a big lobby or a bunch of staff. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks. The office has big windows which is nice for the light, even if it gets a bit dusty from the road. We try to keep things practical. Most of our day is spent planning and talking to clients on the phone. We don't use any complicated business jargon. We just talk like regular people. We’ve been in this building for a bit and we like the neighborhood. There are some good places to grab lunch nearby. Our space is a bit cluttered sometimes with papers and books, but we know where everything is. It’s not a polished corporate showroom, it’s a working office. We focus on getting the details right for the people we work with. It's a lot of effort but we enjoy the process. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the building name on the 60 feet road. We are usually here until late in the evening.
