Lassi Shop Innovations is tucked away in Pulikeshi Nagar, specifically at No 1 on BSA Road. If you know Bangalore, you know this part of town is always moving. We are right there in the middle of it. Our work is all about figuring out better ways to handle the lassi business, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. The office at 560005 is a bit small, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time testing things out and seeing what people might like. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit and work. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we still manage to get things done. We have a few people working here who have been with us for a while now. We don't really do much talking about ourselves, we just prefer to get the work done and go home. There is always something to fix or an order to check on. Being on BSA Road means there is plenty of food and tea nearby when we take a break. It feels like a real community around here. We just try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. That is how we run things day to day. We are just a small group of people in a busy city.
