Lartisan Breads Private Limited

We’ve been setting up shop here at No. 151 in the Meadows area of Doddagubbi for a while now. Most people know us for being just off Hennur Road near Bairathi Cross. It’s a quiet spot in Bisishivale, but we like it that way because it gives us the room we need for all the baking. Lartisan Breads Private Limited isn't a fancy corporate office or anything. It’s mostly just us working with flour and water and getting things ready for the day. If you live around this part of Bangalore, you probably see our delivery vans or smell the yeast when you walk past. We deal with a lot of different kinds of loaves and crusts. Some days are busier than others, especially when the ovens are running full tilt. It gets pretty warm in the kitchen, but that's just part of the job. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or by seeing the sign when they take a shortcut through the layout. We’ve stayed in this Bangalore-560077 area because it’s where we started and we know the streets around here pretty well by now. The team is small, mostly locals who don’t mind the early hours. We just focus on getting the bread out and making sure the orders are packed right before the sun gets too high. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
