You can find us on the 8th floor of The Estate building on Dickenson Road. It’s inside the Spectacular Business Centre. Being in the middle of Bangalore means we are close to everything, though the parking around here is always a bit of a struggle. We work as builders and developers. It sounds like a lot, but mostly it’s just us figuring out where things go and how to get them built. We’ve been in this office for a while. It’s got a good view, but we spend most of our time looking at plans or on the phone with suppliers. Development work involves a lot of different steps, from the first sketch to the final brick. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Sometimes there are delays with permits or just the usual stuff that happens on a building site. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. Our team is pretty small, and we all know what needs to get done. Dickenson Road is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside. We just stay focused on the work inside. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from nothing to a full building.
