Yelahanka is where we decided to set up shop. We are at No 1477 in B Block Sahakaranagar. It’s a nice enough area, a bit away from the real chaos of the city center. We operate Land And Rise Realty as a small business. It’s just an OPC, so it’s a simple setup. The office is a basic room with what we need to get the job done. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at different sites and meeting people. When we are in, we’re usually catching up on all the documents that need filing. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. We have a few neighbors who stop by to say hello. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just try to help people find the right property and make sure the transition goes smoothly. The desks are usually a bit messy with maps and notes. We like the pace of life here. It’s steady. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on doing our work properly. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with a cup of tea, going over some property records. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to work out just fine for everyone involved. We are just regular people working in a regular office in a nice part of town.
