Lancify Connect Private Limited is located in the 4th Block of Koramangala. Our place is at No 170. If you know Bangalore, you know Koramangala is always moving. There’s a lot of energy here, and we like that. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just where we set up our equipment and get to work. We don't do big presentations or have a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk like normal people. We have a few desks and a place to sit when we’re tired. Most of us have been in Bangalore for years, so we’re used to the pace. We started this company to handle our own projects. It’s been a learning process, honestly. We make mistakes and then we fix them. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’d rather spend our time getting the work done right. The traffic in the 4th Block can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually stay late or come in early. We grab food from the local stalls quite often. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us trying to make a living and do a good job. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We’re glad to be here in Bangalore-560034, it's a good spot.
