We have been operating out of the Delta Block in Sigma Tech Park for quite some time now. Being on the 8th floor gives us a decent view of what is happening around Varthur Road, though mostly it is just a lot of traffic these days. Whitefield has changed so much since we first set up here. Lakewood Properties Private Limited isn't a massive corporate machine, we are just a group of people working in the real estate space. Most of our mornings start with a quick coffee and looking over the latest paperwork for various land projects. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and documents because things move fast in Bangalore. We don't really do the whole fancy marketing thing. We just show up and get the work done. If you are ever heading down Varthur Road toward the park, you’ll see the building easily enough. It is one of those spots that everyone knows because of the tech companies nearby. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for property deals, making sure things are actually in order. Sometimes the elevators in the Sigma Tech Park are a bit slow, so we end up chatting in the lobby more than we planned. It is a busy environment, but we like the energy of Whitefield. We’ve seen this area grow from being quiet to one of the most crowded parts of the city. It is just how it goes here in Bangalore-560066.
