Cox Town is an old part of Bangalore, and that’s where you’ll find us. We are at number 94, which used to be number 66, on 4th Cross of Charles Campbell Road. It’s a neighborhood with a lot of history and old trees that hang over the streets. The building we are in has that classic feel, not like the new glass towers in the tech parks. We have some creaky floorboards and windows that sometimes stick when you try to open them. People around here have known the building for years. Being a medical center, we get neighbors popping in just to ask a quick question or to see if we’re open. The 4th Cross is a narrow street, so parking a car can be a real headache. Most of us prefer to use scooters. Inside, the rooms are a bit small but we’ve made them work for the lab equipment. There’s a bit of a wait sometimes because we only have a few chairs in the front area. We don't have a big corporate team running things. It’s just a few of us who know the local residents by name. The old number 66 is still painted faintly on the wall near the door. We have a small desk for the reception, but usually, we are all in the back doing the tests. It’s a tight-knit group here, and we know the tea seller around the corner very well. It’s just how things are done.
