You can find us on the 2nd floor of No. 68/150/4 over in Jayanagar 3rd Block. Being on the 9th Main means there is always some kind of noise or activity happening outside the window. Kunder Chits has been operating from this specific spot for a while now. We like the neighborhood because of all the big trees and the parks, even if finding a parking spot is a nightmare. Our office is a very simple setup. We have got our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a water cooler that makes a weird glugging noise sometimes. We spend the whole day checking receipts and updating the long member lists. It is a lot of detail work that needs plenty of focus. Jayanagar is a place where people appreciate things being done properly, so we try to keep our books very neat. People walk up the stairs to see us, often bringing their monthly payments in person. We talk about the rain or the local news while we get the stamps and receipts ready. It is a very human way of doing business, which is what we prefer anyway. We are not interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to run a reliable chit fund for the folks who live and work around here. 560011 is home to us. The 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just looking at our ledgers.
