Krsg Realtors Private Limited is located in Sadashiva Nagar on the 13th Main. Our address is No. 327/45, right at the 5th Cross in the RMV area. This part of Bangalore is quite well-known for being a bit greener and having some nice old houses. Our office is fairly simple and doesn't have much in the way of fancy furniture. We have some wooden desks that have been here for years and a lot of filing cabinets because real estate involves so much paperwork. It’s a busy place. The phone rings a lot and people are always coming in to talk about buying or selling land. We have been in this spot for quite a long time now. We aren't a big national chain or anything like that. We are just a local office with a small staff. We spend a lot of our time checking through property documents and driving around the city to look at different sites. The traffic in Bangalore is always a problem, so we spend a good chunk of our day just getting from one place to another. When we are back at our desks, we just try to keep up with all the messages and the legal filings. We don't have any big slogans or polished marketing materials. We just talk to people as they are and try to get the job done properly. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of.
