You can find us at Apple Blossom Glen, right in Block A. We are in Flat 201. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, near Green Glen Layout. The traffic around Bellandur is always a mess, so we mostly stay in the office or walk to nearby sites. We handle infrastructure stuff for the local community. The office covers a few flat numbers like 79 and 81, mostly just for storage and desk space. It gets noisy with all the construction nearby. We started Konkan Ventures to help with the growing needs of this side of town. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have piles of papers and half-finished plans on the desks. We drink a lot of tea while we look at maps. It's a bit of a maze getting into the building, but once you're here, it's alright. We deal with roads, drains, and small buildings. Nothing too grand. Most of our staff are local guys who know the streets well. We don't use fancy slogans. We just look at what needs fixing and try to get it sorted. Bangalore is growing fast, and we’re just trying to keep up. Sometimes we work late into the night when a deadline is close. It is honest work. If you drop by, just ring the bell at 201. We’re usually there with the radio playing and some files to sort out. It’s a bit messy, but that is how we work.
