Kombucha Brewers India Private Limited

We’re located in Indiranagar, specifically on the first floor of building 1164 in the HAL 3rd Stage. Being in this part of Bangalore means there's always something going on outside our windows. Kombucha Brewers India started because we were interested in making these drinks ourselves. It’s a bit of a process, as anyone who has tried it knows. The space we have is okay for what we need right now, though it gets a bit crowded with all the bottles and crates. We spend most of our time monitoring the batches and making sure the temperature is right. It’s not a fancy lab or anything, just a workspace where we can focus. There are only a few of us here, so we all take turns doing the heavy lifting and the cleaning. Indiranagar has a lot of energy, but inside our doors, it’s mostly just quiet work. We have to be careful with the glass and the ingredients. Sometimes things don't ferment exactly how we expected, so we have to adjust and try again. It’s a lot of trial and error, really. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the brewing and getting the orders out to the shops that carry our stuff. It’s a daily routine of checking, washing, and packing. Just a small group of people doing our thing in a busy neighborhood.
