CV Road is always a bit noisy with the auto-rickshaws and buses going past the property. Our spot is right on the first floor at numbers 98 and 99. It’s a plain building, nothing too special to look at from the street, but it’s where we do everything. Being in HD Kote means we see a lot of folks from around the Mysore district who need a hand with their health. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend our mornings checking files and talking to patients who come in early. There’s a small window in the back office that looks out over the neighborhood. Sometimes we see the local kids playing in the street during school holidays. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We have wooden desks and chairs that have been here for years. The paint is peeling a little in the corner of the waiting room, but we try to keep the place clean. Most of us have lived in Karnataka our whole lives, so we know the area well. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running at full speed. It’s just a normal hospital setup where we try to get through the day’s work without too much fuss. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us in HD Kote.
