You can find Kleio Developers Private Limited over in Arekere, just off the main Bannerghatta Road. We are in Ms Royal, specifically in Flat TF 314 on the 2nd Main. It’s an apartment complex, so it doesn't really feel like a cold corporate office. We have a kitchen and a balcony, and it feels more like a home base for our development work. The 2nd Cross area is usually packed with cars, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge in the afternoons. Inside, we have a few desks and a lot of drawings pinned to the walls. We spend our time planning out developments and talking to contractors. Being in the 560076 area is handy because we are close to a lot of our project sites. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy slogans. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. Some days are just spent doing boring math and checking regulations. Other days we are out seeing how the foundations are looking. It gets a bit chaotic with all the different people we have to manage. We just try to keep a handle on things and make sure the work moves forward. It’s a busy life, and there is always something that needs fixing or checking.
