Our office is right near South End Circle in Basavanagudi. We are located at No.41 on Patalamma Temple Street. It is one of those parts of Bangalore that still has a bit of the old charm left, which we like. We work as developers, so a lot of our time is spent looking at land and figuring out what can actually be built there. It is a bit of a long process with all the permits and the local regulations you have to follow. We are not a massive company, just a local team that knows this side of the city really well. The temple is right there, so there is always a bit of activity and noise on the street. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will likely take. Development is not always easy, and there are always surprises when you start digging or renovating an old spot. We just take it as it comes. Usually, you will find us at the office during the week, unless we are out at a site checking on the progress of the workers. It is a lot of coordination between the architects and the people doing the heavy lifting on the ground. We do not use any fancy talk, just plain English about what the project needs. Being in Basavanagudi makes us feel connected to the history of the place. We are just regular people making buildings.
