Kits Homes Llp is based out of Gnr Regency Park, specifically units 1/101, 102, and 103. We are right on Maragondanahalli Main Road in Kithaganur. It’s a bit of a way out in K R Puram, but it’s a growing area. Having three units next to each other gives us enough room to spread out a bit, though it still feels crowded when everyone is in at the same time. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, so we’re always wiping our shoes at the door. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle the work as it comes in. The office is pretty plain, just white walls and some basic furniture we’ve had since we started. We like it here because it’s not as chaotic as the city center, but it’s still busy enough to feel like things are happening. We don't make a big fuss about what we do. It’s just a group of people working together to make sure everything runs smoothly for the business. We focus on the daily chores and the paperwork that keeps the lights on and the projects moving forward. We take things one step at a time.
