We operate out of No 154 in Bommanahalli Village, specifically in the area known as Sy No 20,3. This is down in Bangalore South, which is a part of the city that is always under construction. Our company deals with infrastructure and allied services, so we are right in the thick of it. The office is more of a practical base for us than a place to impress anyone. It is a functional building with enough space for our computers and a big table where we can spread out site plans. Bommanahalli is a loud and busy area, with a lot of dust from all the nearby roadwork and building projects. We do not mind it much because it reminds us of the work we do. Our team is made up of people who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We do not spend money on fancy furniture or decor. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and site schedules. Most of our work happens out in the field, so the office is mainly for handling the logistics and the payroll. We have been in this location for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It is a very hands-on business, and we do not have much time for corporate formalities or long presentations. We just get the instructions, coordinate with the workers, and make sure the materials arrive on time. It is a simple, honest way to make a living.
