Our small team works out of Koramangala, tucked away in the Nanjappa Reddy layout. If you look for us at 20D on 1st Cross in the 8th Block, you’ll find our office. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always some noise from the street. We deal with financial stuff and installment plans, which means a lot of paperwork and looking at spreadsheets. The office isn't anything fancy. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and some filing cabinets that are starting to get full. We aren't trying to be some giant bank. We’re just regular people helping others manage their payments. Most days we just sit here with our headsets on, talking to folks who have questions. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We mostly just talk about what we’re going to have for lunch or how the traffic was on the way in. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We like the local shops nearby where we can grab a quick snack. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a decent place to work. We just focus on keeping the records straight and helping people out as best as we can.
