We are based out of Cauvery Layout in Shettihalli, right at the 3rd cross. It has been quite a few years since we first set up our office here at number 34. Most people in the neighborhood know us for the engineering and construction work we do around this part of Bangalore. It is just a small group of us working out of the office near Jalahalli. We handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with building things, from the initial sketches to the final site inspections. Sometimes it gets really busy with multiple projects, and other times it is just regular maintenance or planning. We have seen this area change quite a bit over the years. We mostly just focus on getting the jobs done right for the people who hire us. You will find us at the office most mornings unless we are out at a site. We do not really do the fancy advertising thing, so we just rely on people finding us through the address or by word of mouth. It is a very practical setup. We deal with concrete, steel, and all the technical paperwork that goes into construction engineering. It is hard work but it keeps us going. The 560015 area is where we have stayed because we like the community. We keep our tools and plans ready for whatever comes next. If you are walking past Shettihalli, you have probably seen our small sign. Every project has its own set of problems, and we just try to solve them one by one.
