Kidschaupal Infotech Private Limited is based out of Sarjapur Road. We are actually located in Thindlu Village. Our office is Villa No-276 inside Heritage County. It is a bit far from the middle of Bangalore but we like the quiet. Being in a villa community is different than being in a regular office block. We have set up our computers and desks in the rooms there. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Bangalore Rural. We are a small group of people. We don't have a big HR department or a receptionist at a front desk. You just come in and see us working. We do tech stuff that helps kids with different things. It is a lot of work but we enjoy it. The internet can be a bit spotty sometimes when it rains but we manage. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep us going. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most people just hear about us from someone else or find the address online. Heritage County is a nice place with lots of trees. We try to keep our work simple and honest. We wear regular clothes to work and don't have meetings about meetings. We just get on with whatever needs to be done that day. It is a practical way to run a business without all the corporate fluff.
