We are based out of Yelahanka, specifically over on Attur 1st Main Road in North Bangalore. The office is at number 11/11/7. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do every day. Dealing with property in this part of town takes up most of our time. It’s growing fast around here, and there are always new things coming up. We spend a lot of our mornings checking out different sites and talking to property owners. Key-Chain Realtors Llp started because we knew the area and saw that people needed someone local they could actually talk to. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of maps of the neighborhood. Being in Yelahanka Hobli means we see everything from old plots to the newer apartment blocks. We help with the paperwork which can be a real headache if you aren't used to it. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get to appointments on time, but we usually manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Bangalore. We just want to get the job done right so people can move into their homes without a big fuss. It’s a lot of legwork, really.
