Kernmantle Studios Llp

Kernmantle Studios Llp is based in Cooke Town, which is probably one of the nicer, quieter parts of Bangalore left. We are located at 34 Lloyds Road, quite close to Davis Road No 3. It’s an area with a lot of old houses and big trees, which makes coming to work a bit more pleasant than being in a concrete jungle. The office itself is where we spend most of our hours, usually working on various studio projects. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We tend to keep things pretty relaxed. We have our gear set up, and we just get to it. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but that's just life here. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just like making things and doing our work well. Being in the 560005 area means we’re tucked away from the main city chaos, but still close enough to get anywhere we need to go. We often go out for a walk around the neighborhood when we need a break from the screens. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve gotten used to each other’s habits. We don't really do anything for show. It’s just a honest, hardworking studio space where we try to stay busy and creative without making a big fuss about it. We are just a group of people in a house.
