Kembhavimatt Builders And Developers Private Limited is our company name. We are located in the Sonnenahalli area, specifically at J B Post. Our office is No.2173/2, in the 3rd Stage of the S.M.V Layout. This part of the city is still developing in some ways, which keeps us busy. We have a simple setup where we handle the day-to-day tasks of building and developing properties. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and files where we can meet and talk about our projects. We’ve been in S.M.V Layout for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like the space and the pace of life here. Our mornings usually start with a walk-through of whatever project we have going on nearby. Then we head back to the office to deal with the paperwork and phone calls. We don't use any big words or corporate talk to describe what we do. We are just builders who show up every day and try to make sure everything is constructed properly. Sometimes the dust from the nearby roads gets into the office, but that’s just part of being in the construction business. We are just a group of regular people working hard in the Sonnenahalli neighborhood and getting the work done one day at a time.
