Kaya Global India Private Limited

Our place is located in the Prestige Ozone area, specifically Villa 20 in Hagadur. It’s out in the Bangalore South part of the city. Working from a villa is a bit different than being in a high-rise office building. It’s a bit quieter, which helps when we need to concentrate. Kaya Global India Private Limited has a small group of people working here every day. The setup is pretty casual. We use the different rooms for different parts of the business. Most of the time, we’re just busy with emails and coordination tasks. Hagadur has changed a lot over the years, getting much more crowded, but our little corner remains somewhat calm. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just where we come to get our work done. We handle various international coordination and local operations from here. Sometimes we have tea breaks in the small outdoor area when the weather is nice. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It feels more like a home that happens to have a lot of computers in it. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving without making things too complicated. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to other parts of Bangalore. It’s a practical way for us to run things. We just try to stay on top of everything that needs doing each day and keep the paperwork organized.
