Kaveri Propertieskaveri Properties Llp is located in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. We are in the Multitech Centre, which is right across from John Fowler. Being off Hosur Road means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. There are trucks everywhere and the air always smells like factories and exhaust. It is not the most glamorous place to have an office, but it is where the work is. We handle a lot of industrial and commercial property stuff. Our office is inside the Multitech Centre building. It is a functional space. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a big table where we spread out our maps. The noise from the road never really stops, so we have to talk a bit louder sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different factory sites. It is a tough environment but we like the pace of it. We don't have any glossy brochures or expensive advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who already know us in the industrial belt. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the day. Sometimes the dust gets into everything, so we are always wiping down our desks. It is just the way it is working out here in Bommasandra. We keep it simple and focus on the properties.
