We are located in the C.K. Building in Shanthinagar, specifically on the first floor at Ap Iv 52 G. Kattat Builders and Developers has been in this spot for a while now. Shanthinagar is a decent place to be, it’s got a good mix of homes and small businesses nearby. Our office is one of those places where there’s always someone coming in to ask a question or drop off a document. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for an elevator every time we go out. The space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect from builders—stacks of folders, some samples of tiles or bricks, and a couple of old calendars on the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure our workers have what they need at the different sites. It’s a lot of juggling, to be honest. Some days it feels like we are just solving one problem after another, but that’s the reality of construction. We don't have a big marketing team; most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone. If a project is going to take longer, we just say so. It’s just about doing the work and making sure the buildings we put up are solid and safe for the families living in them.
