We set up Katalyst Buildtech Private Limited at No. 52/1 in the Parangi Palyahsr Layout area. It’s a lively spot to be in Bangalore, and honestly, the HSR area has just exploded recently. We focus on the building and technical side of things, which mostly means we spend our time thinking about materials and how things fit together. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us here, working through projects and trying to stay on top of all the details. The neighborhood has changed so much since we first arrived, with more offices and houses popping up every month. We try to keep our operations straightforward. If there’s work to be done, we go out and do it. Some days are smoother than others. You might find our office a bit cluttered with samples and blueprints, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. The traffic around here can be a headache, but being in this part of town means we can get to our sites relatively easily. We’ve got a small team that’s been together for a bit, and we all know our roles. It’s not a glamorous life, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project finished and knowing it’s solid. That’s what matters to us at the end of the day. We just keep moving forward.
