We are based out of Richmond Town, specifically at No. 14/2 on Rhenius Street. It is one of those parts of Bangalore that still has a bit of the old character left, even with all the new stuff popping up lately. Being developers means we spend a lot of time thinking about how to use space in this crowded city. Our office is right there in the 560025 area, and it is a busy little hub for us. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of associates who know the local property scene. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and meeting with folks who have questions about land or building permits. Rhenius Street is a good place to be, fairly central so we can reach different parts of Bangalore-Bangalore without too much trouble. We have seen the way the city has expanded, and we try to stay grounded. The office is practical, with plenty of maps and blueprints pinned to the walls. It is not a showroom; it is a workspace. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on our feet. People come to us because we know the streets and the rules around here. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the developments finished so people can actually move in. It is a tough business, but we have been at it long enough to know the ropes. We keep it professional but very down to earth.
