You can find us at KARUNADU BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED over in Bommanahalli. Our place is No. 53 in the BHCS Layout, specifically in the Viratha Nagar section. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, 560068, and there is always something going on around here. We are builders, so we spend a lot of time out in the sun or dealing with piles of sand and bricks. The office in Viratha Nagar is where we regroup and figure out the next steps for whatever we are working on. We aren't into all that polished marketing stuff. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. It gets pretty hectic sometimes, especially when multiple projects are happening at once. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and how things work in this part of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with some chairs, a computer, and a lot of project files. People in the layout know us as the folks who are always working on some site or another. We take things as they come and try to handle the daily problems that pop up in construction without making a scene. It’s a lot of physical work and planning, but we like being part of the building community here in Bommanahalli. That is just who we are, no fancy extras added.
