Karthika Consulting & Solutions Private Limited is situated at 61, Bank Officers Layout. This is in the Narayananagar II Block area of Doddakallasandra. Our office is on the 1st Main Road. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, which is quite nice because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city can be. We have a regular routine here. We open up in the morning, get the computers running, and start going through the files. The office space is pretty simple—just a room with enough space for us to work without bumping into each other too much. We don’t have a lot of fancy signs or decorations on the walls. It’s just Karthika Consulting & Solutions Private Limited, a place where we do our consulting work and handle client questions. The 1st Main Road is usually quiet, though you get the occasional delivery truck or neighbor passing by. We like the pace of this area. It allows us to focus without too much distraction from the outside world. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a bit of a local feel to the whole thing. We don’t have any big corporate policies about how to sit or talk. We just act like normal people and try to be helpful. It’s a plain, honest way to run a business and we’re happy with how things are going.
