Karma Bhoomi Foundation

Karma Bhoomi Foundation is on the second floor of the Star Tower Apartment, which is at No. S8. We are located on Khanpur Road in the Tilakwadi area of Belgaum. Belgaum has that nice, cool weather for a lot of the year, but Khanpur Road can get pretty congested with all the trucks and cars. Star Tower is a decent building, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying boxes. Our office is just a standard flat that has been converted into a work area. We have a few cupboards for the files and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable but they do the job. You can see the traffic from the window, which is sometimes a distraction when you are trying to focus. The second floor is high enough to get a little bit of a breeze. We have a small sink in the corner and a place to keep our lunch boxes. Tilakwadi is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on nearby. It isn't a fancy place with carpets or glass walls, just plain tiles and white walls. We come in, do our bits of work, and chat over tea during the breaks. It’s a straightforward setup for a small foundation. We’ve been in this building for a while now and everyone knows us as the people in S8. We just keep things moving and handle the daily tasks.
