KAPSTAN INFRA is located at No. 52 on the first floor. We are right on 100 Feet Road in the 2nd Block of Bangalore South. It’s a very busy stretch of road. You can hear the traffic and the horns all day long from the office windows. Being in the 560034 zip code area puts us in a pretty central spot for the south part of the city. The office itself is quite straightforward. We have the main work area and a small corner for meetings that usually just turns into more desk space. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but it gives us a good view of the street. We handle a lot of the infrastructure planning from this building. It’s often messy with rolls of paper and various maps pinned to the walls. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a local guy who brings it in or we go out to the corner shop. The afternoon sun hits the front windows pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. It’s a busy place because 100 Feet Road never really sleeps. We just try to get our work done amidst the noise. It’s a practical location for meeting people because everyone knows where 2nd Block is. We’ve been here for a while and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. It’s a bit rough around the edges.
