Kandela Career Niche Private Limited

Our office is located at 109/6 on 20th Main, right in the 5th Block of Rajajinagar. It’s a well-known part of Bangalore, and we’ve been here in Karnataka for a while. We focus on career niche stuff, which basically means we help people find their path in the working world. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard spot on a busy street. Inside, we have a few desks and some files where we keep track of things. We aren't a big corporate agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us working here every day. The traffic on 20th Main can be quite loud, especially in the evenings, but we don't mind it much anymore. We spend our days talking to people about their jobs and what they want to do next. It’s mostly listening and giving some common-sense advice based on what we know. We don't have any polished scripts or marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes people come in feeling a bit lost or frustrated with their current boss, and we try to help them find a better direction. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We open the shutters in the morning and close up when we’re finished for the day. It’s a simple operation here in Rajajinagar, and that’s the way we like to keep it. We usually grab some food from the nearby stalls for lunch.
