Kalpatharu Chit Funds Private Limited is over in Attur Layout, which is part of the Yelahanka area in Bengaluru. Our office is at No. 395, right on the corner of 8th Main and 3rd Cross. It is a fairly easy spot to find if you are familiar with the layout of Attur. We have been working out of this building for some time now, handling the chit fund auctions and the monthly payments from our members. The office is pretty basic, with just enough room for the staff and a few chairs for people who come in to pay their dues or participate in the draws. Yelahanka is a growing part of the city, so there is always a bit of construction or heavy traffic nearby. We focus on the daily tasks of keeping the chit groups running smoothly. It is mostly about the paperwork and making sure the collections are done on time each month. The atmosphere in the office is usually quiet, except on the days when we have the auctions. Then it gets a bit more lively with people coming in and out. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or anything like that; we just do the work that is required of us to keep things organized. Most of the people around here know us by name, and we know many of them too. It is a local operation, and we like to keep it simple.
