Kadathanad Kitchen Llp

Our kitchen, Kadathanad Kitchen Llp, is situated in the Begur area, specifically at number 4598 on Hossabeedhi. We are in the 560068 part of Bangalore. It’s a bit of a local spot and we like the vibe of this neighborhood. It’s not as crazy as the city center, but it stays plenty busy. We spend our time back in the kitchen area mostly. There’s always a pot on the stove or something being prepped on the counters. We kept the name simple because that’s what we are. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just show up and start cooking. The building is an older one and it has its quirks, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the street gets a bit narrow when the delivery trucks come through, but everyone in Hossabeedhi is used to it by now. We know the other shop owners around here and we usually chat while we’re taking a break. It’s a very human way to run a business. We aren't interested in looking like a big chain. We just want to keep the kitchen running and make sure the food is decent. There is a lot of chopping, cleaning, and heavy lifting involved in our day. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it for a while and we’ve got a good rhythm going now.
