KADAMBA TOWNSHIP DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is the name we use for our business. We spend most of our time here trying to figure out how to put together new areas for people to live in. It’s not always easy, especially with all the regulations and the way the city is growing so fast. Our office is just a regular work space where we keep our files and meet with the people we work with. Tasker Town is a lively area, and being near Park Road means there’s always something happening outside. We aren't some big, faceless corporation; we’re just a group of people who have been in the development game for a while. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. We’ve had our share of ups and downs like any other small business in India. We try to be practical about things. Building townships takes a long time and a lot of patience. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the foundations are right.
