It’s a busy part of Bangalore, 560032. The street is usually full of bikes and people going about their business. We operate out of a modest space. There aren't any big signs or flashy lights here. We just focus on the food and getting things out the door. The kitchen gets hot and the days are long, but that is just how the food business works. We started this because we wanted to do something local. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't use any of that corporate talk because it just doesn't fit who we are. We are just a small team of people who work with food every day. Some days are harder than others, especially when the Bangalore traffic makes everything take twice as long. We spend a lot of time checking our supplies and talking to the vendors on the main road. It’s a practical setup and we try to keep things as clean and organized as possible in such a busy area. We aren't looking to change the world, we just want to make sure the work is done right today and again tomorrow. It’s a solid, local business that stays grounded in the neighborhood.
