JYOVEN SMARTBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is at number 404, on the 2nd Cross in BHEL Layout. This is part of Pattangere in Rajajeshwari Nagar, or RR Nagar as most people call it. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of Bangalore, but it’s a good area to be based in. We’re JYOVEN SMARTBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED, and we’ve been tucked away in this layout for some time now. The 2nd Cross is usually pretty quiet, which is a nice change from the main RR Nagar roads. Our office is just a regular room with some tables and a lot of blueprints and documents scattered about. It’s a working space, so it’s not always the tidiest. We don't really have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hi. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth, so there’s always someone on the phone or typing away. We like being in BHEL Layout because it feels more relaxed. There’s some greenery around and the air feels a bit better than in the city center. We usually get our snacks from the small shops nearby. It’s a very practical setup for us. We just focus on getting the construction details right and managing our schedules. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. People find us easily enough once they get into the layout. We just keep things moving.
